إذا تعذّر الوصول إلى الطبيب المسؤول، صعّد فوراً وفق شجرة التبليغ (طبيبٌ بديل، ثم رئيس القسم)، ولا تُغلق الحالة قبل تأكيد أن شخصاً مسؤولاً استلم النتيجة وكرّرها. عدم الوصول ليس نهاية المسؤولية.If the responsible clinician cannot be reached, escalate at once per the call tree (a covering clinician, then the department head), and do not close the case before confirming a responsible person received and repeated the result. A failed contact is not the end of responsibility.
