Governance is built into the workflow: the specimen custody chain, quality control before the signature, an audit trail, and reports that can be verified.

قدّم عدنان الرفاعي جلسة LabVine في 23 أيلول 2026 لأخصائيي المختبرات حول العالم: لماذا لا يكفي وضع الجهاز قرب المريض، والأسس الخمسة التي تجعل النتيجة موثوقة وتصل إلى من يحتاجها. التسجيل متاح، ومعه مقال بالعربية يطبّق الأفكار على المختبر والعيادة والصيدلية في سوريا.Adnan Alrefai gave the LabVine session on 23 September 2026 to laboratory professionals worldwide: why putting a device next to the patient is not enough, and the five foundations that make a result trustworthy and get it to the person who needs it. The recording is available, with an Arabic article that applies the ideas to laboratories, clinics and pharmacies in Syria.
